Punctuation is very important in writing. Our sentences can be wrongly interpreted if no commas are used . The best example is given below ......

Lend or borrow ..?

This is an interesting topic to discuss... my ten year old son once explained this to his seventeen year old sister.... whatever it is , lending or borrowing an item to someone , that item has to be RETURNED. ....

Forming Questions

 I found quite a lot of mistakes from students ( TESLians and non-TESLians ) in the use of 'Do' , 'Does' and 'Did' to form questions . Hope this self- explanatory diagram is of help....

Practicum part 2

When we give the pupils the task of drawing a mind map ( copying from an example) , be prepared to have your precious time be wasted ..especially if you ask them to copy TWO sets of maps ....!!

Why don't you just print blank maps  and give each of them to be filled in.. that would save time and the pipils would have more time to learn something  from you....
