Some info to share ... pardon the numbering

Flood

Assalammualaikum and a good day to all.

It is truly a sad and scary ( not to mention hurtful ) experience for those who have to face the aftermath of the flood which had cost them their homes and loved ones . They are being tested by god and we , who are not in their shoes but merely spectators of this devastating crisis , can offer them our help in quite a few ways :
1. Donate items that can help to lighten their burden . From the pictures and reports received , we can see the sufferings of babies and the elderly.
2. Involve yourselves first hand by carrying out volunteer work at the flood sites .
3. Help the people to rebuild their homes .

There are gazillion ways for us to do our part in helping these flood victims. As teachers to be , you have to have emphaty           ("teacher's guilt") whenever you see disasters happening around you . A teacher without emphaty is dead on the inside .

God has given us a great load of good things in life without asking for anything from us in return . Please share them with others who are less fortunate ... after all , the luxury that we are in is actually His . When the time comes , all will be returned to the owner . We have NOTHING that we can call our own ...so please DON'T be stingy .

Banjir

Banjir dah surut sedikit....Alhamduliilah. ... to those IPG students who are involved in this tragedy, saya harap anda semua mampu bersabar . I know that it's easier said than done , tapi cubalah sedaya mungkin... ini semua ujian dari Allah sebagai kafarah kepada dosa sekaligus , menaikkan darjat  kita .... kami di sini hanya mampu berdoa .... semoga dimakbulkan Allah. ..

Tahniah

Sekalung tahniah diucapkan kepada my 4 ex-trainees yang telah berjaya melepasi temuduga SPP . Semoga anda semua akan ditempatkan di sekolah yang mampu membangkitkan semangat anda semua utk mengajar . Buktikan yang lepasan IPG Kampus Ipoh adalah yang terbaik...

Tahniah sekali lagi .... I'm very proud of all of you ...

Ammunition for practicum....

Next semester is the final practicum for the K group and the first for the L group . I would like to suggest these praise stamps to be used in the classroom . These 2 are just samples... they come in various colours and remarks /comments ... this beats writing comments manually in their exercise books . 

This is good for motivating the pupils . They love the fact that their work is being graded in such a way ... it would be better if the stamp has some cartoon characters in it . Most importantly , the act of praising a child's work  leaves a mark in the child's heart .
